Megan R. Calme


Megan Calme has assisted with the representation of clients in complex commercial litigation, including construction related claims, qui tam (False Claims Act) and other government-fraud related matters; criminal representations including those involving federal white collar matters; commercial disputes; and employment litigation. Megan has developed extensive experience in corporate healthcare compliance, including providing supervisory oversight of a comprehensive compliance program. She has also represented clients participating in federal voluntary disclosure programs relating to undisclosed income, offshore accounts and unpaid taxes.

Prior to joining Fleming.Ruvoldt, Megan served as in-house counsel for a business development company, and outside counsel for both a record label and artist management company. She has spent time with the Oakland County (Michigan) Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Megan is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations, including the Corporate Counsel Section, Young Lawyers Association, Business Law Section and Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association. Megan is admitted in both New York and New Jersey.
