Jennifer D. KatzJennifer represents varied clients in a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial litigation, government investigations, and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Fleming Ruvoldt, Jennifer practiced at Reed Smith and Anderson Kill, devoting more than a decade of her legal career to helping policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. Her clients have ranged from private and public corporations to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.  Her insurance practice has focused on property damage, product liability, advertising injury claims, property valuation, and workers’ compensation insurance coverage and premium disputes. Her experience is diverse, analyzing contractual provisions, drafting insurance provisions to commercial service agreements and advising clients, including corporate executives, on complex coverage issues under various insurance policies such as Property, General Liability, and Directors & Officers policies.

At Fleming Ruvoldt, Jennifer is able to parlay her experience, knowledge, and skills to a broader range of legal matters.  She understands her client’s needs and is a trusted advocate.  She appears in state and federal courts, primarily in New York and New Jersey.

Jennifer is admitted in both New Jersey and New York.  She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School – Newark where she served as Managing Articles Editor for Rutgers Computer & Tech. Journal.  Jennifer earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining private practice, Jennifer was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Walsh, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.
